Wessen Rawazik
College Director & Principal, Toronto Metropolitan University International College
Wessen Rawazik began her career in 2006 with the Knowledge and Human Development Authority at the Dubai Government working on various higher education initiatives including quality assurance and licensure of international branch campuses in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. She became the Head of Global Projects with the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in London, UK in 2020 before moving back to Canada. More recently, she worked with York University on the annual Sustainability on the Go conference before joining Navitas in 2021. Wessen Rawazik became the College Director and Principal for the Toronto Metropolitan University International College (TMUIC), assuming responsibilities for the overall strategic, academic and administrative functions of the College’s undergraduate pathway programs and for leading and managing a successful relationship with the Toronto Metropolitan University community.
Wessen lives in Toronto, Ontario with her daughter who keeps her very busy and loves the urban life the city has to offer.
