Kerry Valentine

Kerry joined Navitas North America in August 2024 as College Director and Principal, Toronto Metropolitan University International College. Prior to taking up her role at TMUIC, Kerry was the College Director and Principal of Curtin College, our Navitas partnership with Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia.

A Canadian citizen, Kerry has worked in international settings for much of her career and has accumulated a wide breadth and depth of experience in various education settings. After 17 years of teaching and education management in Hong Kong, Kerry and her family moved to Australia where she commenced work in the post-secondary sector.

Kerry has over two decades of progressive leadership experience in international education, including Dean of a Foundation Year Program, Manager of Career Development and Program Operation for Curtin Business School’s international program, Head of Student Experience at Torrens University, and Director of Student Success and Wellbeing for Bond University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Cum Laude) from University of Ottawa, Bachelor of Education from Brock University, Master of Library and Information Science from University of Western Ontario, and Master of Laws in Enterprise Governance from Bond University.

Aside from her professional accomplishments, Kerry is an avid sports person who enjoys spending her spare time outdoors hiking, snorkeling, and now that she’s back in Canada, skating and skiing.
