Who We Are
Since 1994, Navitas has partnered with universities around the globe to achieve sustainable growth by cultivating a more internationalized campus and delivering a superior experience for domestic and international students alike.
Our students’ success is underpinned by our unparalleled international network, a steadfast commitment to student outcomes, and a successful track record of working in partnership with universities, government, and industry.
The cornerstone of our partnerships is a pathway program designed to meet the unique needs of international students. Equivalent to the first year of a bachelor’s degree, a pathway combines small class sizes, language resources, and wraparound social and academic support systems that enable long-term success. Upon pathway completion, students typically enter mainstream studies at our partner university in their second year.
Committed to Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG)
Navitas has a global Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy that embeds 12 principles aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. It includes:
- a commitment to upholding human rights
- preventing modern slavery
- supporting Indigenous rights, justice, and reconciliation
- fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion
- protecting data privacy.
Navitas produces annual IMPACT reports and actions plans for initiatives and robust practices to ensure compliance.
Human Rights and Modern Slavery
Human rights and modern slavery are among our 12 priority Impact topics due to its potential risk in the international education sector. We are committed to proactively identifying and addressing these risks.
Navitas also publishes an annual Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking statement, outlining the measures we take to assess and mitigate modern slavery risks in our operations and supply chains.
