Janhvi Pandit is the Associate Director, Marketing and Recruitment at the ULethbridge International College Calgary (UICC), Janhvi leads recruitment efforts for UICC that are based on student growth and success.

Janhvi’s Canadian journey began as an international student at the International College of Manitoba (ICM) in 2010 which resulted in a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from the University of Manitoba. The daughter of two academicians, she developed a deep appreciation for education early on, a passion that continues to guide her work today. Janhvi joined Navitas in 2016 and was a part of the finance team at ICM until 2018. She returned to Navitas in 2020 and has since held several roles across student experience and recruitment.

Outside of work, Janhvi enjoys Calgary’s vibrant food scene, spending time in the Rockies, and staying connected with friends and family. Janhvi originally hails from Delhi, India.
