Jacinda Wijaya

Jacinda brings over eight years of experience in higher education, having previously served as the Student Wellness Specialist at Fraser International College (FIC) in Vancouver. She has since relocated to Calgary to take on the role of Deputy College Director at ULethbridge International College Calgary (UICC).

Her career has been defined by a strong commitment to student success and institutional growth. Jacinda has led cross-functional teams, managed student advising operations, and driven service improvements that enhance both student outcomes and organizational effectiveness. Her background spans student affairs, academic advising, student wellness, and leadership development.

With a deep understanding of mental health advocacy and psychological safety, Jacinda brings strategic insight and a student-centered approach to her leadership at UICC.
